During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the spacious and clean rooms, as well as the friendly and helpful staff. The location of the hotel was great, with many shopping options nearby and easy access to popular areas. I also appreciated the value for money with the breakfast and lunch thali set meals.

I was disappointed that there was limited flexibility for cancellation and that the front desk staff could benefit from more professional training. the device connectivity for wifi was inconvenient for someone traveling with multiple gadgets.

The hotel is situated in a prime location, with easy access to key attractions. The staff were very helpful and friendly, ensuring that all our needs were met. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, with good quality toiletries provided. The shower pressure was excellent, ensuring a comfortable shower experience.
